Understanding brain pathophysiology is a complex task which can be approached in different species using in vivo PET/MR imaging. We focus on bridging the gap between preclinical and clinical imaging data by characterizing novel animal models of disease and translating neuroimaging features of disease from rodents to humans using machine learning. Our aim is to better understand disease, improve preclinical models and develop objective image-analysis tools for human application
