Research interest

I study the disease progression of alcoholic and non-alcoholic fatty liver diseases. My study is focused on multiple imaging biomarkers, for instance: diffusion, fat content, lipid metabolism, liver function and more. I use these biomarkers to stage diseases with non-invasive techniques including PET and MRI. In addition, I use different novel therapeutic approaches to decrease the progression of disease generation.
