Join us for an immersive and hands-on workshop to advance your skills in multiscale immunoimaging. We will provide an overview of state-of-the-art microscopic and macroscopic imaging modalities and their applications for visualizing the function of the immune system. Our workshop focuses on hands-on training rather than lectures. Each participant will work with multiple imaging modalities, making this event ideal for both experienced and new imaging professionals. The workshop is limited to 30 participants, so early registration is recommended.

Topics

• Live-cell imaging of immune effector function
• Intravital multiphoton & higher harmonic generation microscopy
• Tissue clearing and light-sheet microscopy
• Functional MR for monitoring immunotherapy response
• PET/CT for immune cell tracking
• Correlating multiscale imaging modalities

Activities

• Learn from experts in each imaging modality
• Get hands-on experience in modern imaging techniques
• Listen to application examples from the bench and the clinic
• Learn how to extract data from images and how to correlate multimodal image data
• Get expert advice for your own experiments and image or analyze your own sample or data
• Explore datasets in virtual reality
• Test your new knowledge in a Pub Quiz
• Exchange knowledge and network with peers!

In small groups, you will get hands-on experience on all imaging devices and learn about applications for imaging the immune system. In the evenings, we invite you to focus sessions for discussing your own samples or data with our experts or in depth practice in the imaging or analysis technique of your choice.
