Research interest

My research interest is to combine non-invasive metabolic imaging and co-detection by indexing (CODEX) to study the diversity of the tumor microenvironment. This multidisciplinary research aims at identifying accurate metabolic imaging biomarkers, cellular populations, and the metabolic network in aggressive cancers. This project is the first step towards understanding the immune tumor microenvironment and the associated metabolism in vivo. Furthermore, this work can also lead to the discovery of novel predictive biomarkers and therapeutic targets.
