Research interest

In collaboration with the department of experimental and clinical pharmacology (Prof. Dr. Beer-Hammer) I am working on the migration of murin and human neutrophils in chemotaxis assays to get a better understanding of the purpose and importance of different g-proteins in the cell migration process. So far we already know that different g-proteins can have an in- or decreasing effect on ischemia reperfusion injury. Currently we are trying to explore the processes behind that and the possibilities for future drug development.
