Research interest

My research interests are focused on the development of advanced machine learning algorithms for analyzing large scale histopathology data from oncology. The developed techniques will automate the quantification of relevant phenotypic features within the histology images, subsequently assisting the pathologists in identifying corner cases and reducing misdiagnoses.
