Research interest

Coming from a Medicinal Chemistry background I aim to develop myself towards a successful career in medicinal diagnostics and Molecular Medicine. I am interested in oncology, neurology and the metabolic alterations that can lead to potential markers for an early disease diagnosis. Current focus of the project is on making the most of the Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) Spectroscopy data and technology in order to discover, analyse and report novel metabolic biomarkers in different samples such as plasma, various tissue, urine or cerebrospinal fluid.
